Quality & Compliance

Quality Control & Compliance Support From Development to Shipment

Arrows Attire coordinates quality control and compliance requirements across each apparel programme. From material approvals and production checkpoints to final inspection and shipment readiness, our team follows the buyer-approved specifications and works with the assigned production unit to address quality issues before shipment.

Quality System

Quality Control Built Into the Programme

Quality checkpoints are planned according to the buyer's approved specifications and inspection requirements. Depending on the programme, this may include material inspection, first-output review, inline inspection, measurement checks, pre-final inspection and final inspection before shipment.

  • Requirement & Specification Review

Measurements, workmanship, material, testing, labelling, packaging and buyer-specific quality requirements are reviewed before production.

  • Material & Approval Control

Fabric, yarn, shade, GSM, trims, lab dips, prints, embroidery, wash and samples are checked against the approved programme.

  • Pre-Production Check

Approved samples, measurements, trim cards, test requirements and key risk points are confirmed before bulk production.

  • Inline Inspection

Workmanship, measurements and production consistency are reviewed during manufacturing, according to the agreed quality plan.

  • Final Inspection

Final inspection is conducted according to the buyer-agreed inspection standard, sampling level and defect classification.

AQL Inspection

Buyer-Agreed Inspection Standards

Final inspection can be conducted to buyer-agreed AQL standards, including AQL 2.5 where applicable. The inspection level, defect classification and acceptance criteria are confirmed according to the buyer's requirement and product category.

Where 100% inspection is required by the buyer or programme, the inspection method, responsible team and acceptance criteria are agreed before production.

Testing Support

Destination-Market Requirements

Testing and compliance support can be arranged according to the product category, buyer specification and destination market. Where a programme requires specific documentation or testing for Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan or another market, the applicable requirements are reviewed before production confirmation.

  • Material performance
  • Restricted-substance requirements
  • Colourfastness
  • Dimensional stability
  • Product safety
  • Labelling or buyer-approved protocols

Certifications & Audits
