How We Manage Apparel Production

Arrows Attire manages knit, woven, denim and sweater programmes through a selected manufacturing network in Bangladesh. Our team coordinates product development, factory allocation, production planning, quality control, packing and shipment follow-up from one accountable point of contact.

Production Management

A Clear Process From Brief To Shipment

We review the product, construction, quantity, target price, quality standard, compliance needs and delivery timeline before recommending a production approach.

  1. 01

    Requirement Review

Buyer shares product details, tech pack, reference, quantity, target price and delivery requirement.

  2. 02

    Factory & Material Assessment

We evaluate suitable production units, fabric, yarn, trims, cost and lead time.

  3. 03

    Sampling & Approval

Required samples, lab dips, strike-offs and trims are developed for approval.

  4. 04

    Pre-Production Planning

Approved specifications, TNA, production allocation and quality checkpoints are confirmed.

  5. 05

    Production Monitoring

Cutting, sewing/knitting, finishing and progress are followed through the assigned production unit.

  6. 06

    Quality & Packing

Inspection and packing are completed according to the approved specification and quality plan.

  7. 07

    Documentation & Shipment

Commercial documents and shipment are coordinated under the agreed terms.

Capacity Planning

Programme-Specific Capacity Planning

Available production capacity varies by product, season, quantity, technical specification and assigned production unit. Confirmed capacity and delivery schedules are provided after programme assessment and factory allocation.

For larger or multi-category programmes, production planning may involve more than one approved partner, subject to buyer approval and consistent quality control.

Quality Control

Quality Control Built Into the Programme

Quality checkpoints are planned according to the buyer's approved specifications and inspection requirements. Depending on the programme, this may include material inspection, first-output review, inline inspection, measurement checks, pre-final inspection and final inspection before shipment.

Final inspection can be conducted to buyer-agreed AQL standards, including AQL 2.5 where applicable.
